Confidential Participant Medical Screening
Review of relevant medical history, medications, allergies, preventive-health considerations, environmental exposures, and trip-specific risks.
Primary Care Follow-Up Recommendation When Indicated
Participants with findings that warrant further evaluation receive private recommendations for discussion with their PCP/PCM or treating clinician.
Standard Primary Care Trip Discussion Guide
The participant receives the same general pre-trip clinician discussion resource provided to the rest of the group.
Integration Into Group Medical Planning
Relevant non-identifying readiness implications are incorporated into the group Medical Risk & Readiness Assessment, Master Medical Packing Plan, and Medical Response Guide.
Participant-specific medical information is not included in shared materials without authorization.
